Company History

Full Discourse was formed in 2005 by Jerry Creutz, who has 35 years experience as a developer, manager, consultant, and business owner in the software and information technology business.

Full Discourse was built around a team of software developers who have worked together since 2000 and have delivered many projects over the years. We subscribe to the Agile Software Development approach and have tailored the basic principles of Agile and Scrum into a unique process, called Discourse Programming™, that we use to deliver software projects.
