requests, and tickets in Jira and benefit
from automatic synchronization with ScrumWorks. This is a
major step forward in convenience and streamlining of the process.
Full Discourse manages client projects using ScrumWorks and in the
past the issue database was separate. This meant that we needed to
enforce manual processes to keep the product backlog up to date with
issues, feature requests, and tickets. Now that Full Discourse has
licensed Jira and integrated with the latest version of ScrumWorks, the
two systems will work together seamlessly. The Jira link will
automatically populate your backlog in ScrumWorks making for more
efficient planning sessions and eliminating any room for confusion.
